About Me

Silicon Valley Real Estate: For the past 15 years, Marcy Moyer has been a full-time real estate professional with special interests in Santa Clara and San Mateo counties, and in preparing and marketing homes for sale. Marcy has received national recognition for her expertise in mid-peninsula residential real estate, and has appeared on the CBS Evening News with Dan Rather, sharing her thoughts on the local market. Her extensive experience in the industry includes 1031 exchanges, investment property and land development. She is well-versed in issues of construction management and cost analysis, having successfully remodeled distressed homes for re-sale. Probate sales are a particular speciality, as Marcy puts a high premium on discretion and efficiency--she also works with a contractor to cosmetically stage outdated properties that need extra attention before hitting the market. She does BPO work ranging all over the Bay Area, which gives her great insight into area real estate and community property values. A longtime local school volunteer, Marcy and her husband, John, live in Palo Alto, have two grown children and love dogs.
