She is well-versed in issues of construction management and cost analysis, having successfully remodeled distressed homes for re-sale. Probate sales are a particular speciality, as Marcy puts a high premium on discretion and efficiency--she also works with a contractor to cosmetically stage outdated properties that need extra attention before hitting the market. She does BPO work ranging all over the Bay Area, which gives her great insight into area real estate and community property values. A longtime local school volunteer, Marcy and her husband, John, live in Palo Alto, have two grown children and love dogs.
